Fundamental to achieving sustainable results is the ability to design, maintain and, crucially, use a fit-for-purpose results measurement system. Systems are dynamic and require continuous monitoring. We want to help you ensure that the data collected is meaningful, analyzed and used to inform program decision making.

OU is highly experienced in designing and implementing best practice results measurement systems, in line with the DCED standard, for a wide range of programs and commercial activities. OU core team members have been instrumental in preparing more programs to successfully pass the DCED audit than any other consultancy firm.

OU builds the monitoring capacity of programs by conducting training workshops and designing data collection tools.

OU conducts mid-term and endline evaluations for programs, providing tangible learning and practical recommendations for implementers and donors.
